I had a good experience buying spark plugs, but they didn't have a specific part I needed in stock. The staff did offer to order it for me, which was nice, but the wait time could've been faster.

Their parts inventory is solid but the wait times in-store are too long, especially when you need something urgently. The staff was nice but just overwhelmed.

AutoZone has been my go-to for car repairs for years now. I recently picked up some oil and air filters. The prices are always reasonable and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I like going to AutoZone for minor repairs and parts. But last time, they were out of stock of the oil I wanted. They promised to get more later, which is good, but I wish I hadn’t had to make the trip twice.

I appreciate the prices on parts, but I’ve noticed that not all employees know their stuff. I went in for spark plugs and ended up getting wrong ones at first. But once I got the right set, the discount was really good. Just make sure to double-check what they give you.

Been going to AutoZone for years. They never disappoint! From oil changes to brake pads, they’ve got it all. Prices are always reasonable and can’t complain about the service.

AutoZone had all the parts I needed to fix my car. It took a while to find what I wanted, and the manager had to help me. I had to wait a bit too long for the checkout, but they had a great warranty policy which eased my mind when buying parts.

I had a bad first visit. They ordered the wrong battery for my car. The first guy was kind but didn’t seem to know much. However, the manager really stepped in and made it right. I got a proper battery and they even helped install it!
