Good Delivery Experience Overall

I recently sent a package to my brother in Sydney. It took just three days to arrive, which was faster than I expected. The tracking updates were pretty accurate, but I did have to wait on the phone for a while when I called customer service regarding my label. Still, it wasn't a bad experience overall!

Good but Could Improve

The service was decent, and I received my package eventually. However, I think Australia Post needs to work on their tracking system; it often showed wrong information. Overall, not bad but could be way better.

Decent Service Most of the Time

I’ve been using Australia Post for years and they usually deliver on time. The app could use some improvements, but tracking my parcels is generally easy. I've had only a couple of late deliveries.

Good, but not perfect

4 stars because my local post office is great, but sometimes their tracking system fails. I’ve had issues where the package status didn’t update at all.

Reliable but Slow Sometimes

I've been happy with Australia Post for most of my shipping needs, but I do notice delays sometimes during busy periods. Recently, I sent a parcel express, which took one day longer than promised. Customer service was helpful in giving me updates, but it was a bit frustrating.

Mostly Good, Minor Issues

I've generally had good experiences with Australia Post. My recent order took slightly longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but the staff were helpful when I reached out to inquire about it. I wouldn't mind if the app provided more timely updates. Still, I trust them with my packages.

Reliable but room for improvement

Generally good service, deliveries are mostly on time. I found their customer support okay but could be more responsive. Still, I’m satisfied enough to give 4 stars.

I usually get good service but had one bad experience where my package was delivered to the wrong address. Lucky the person brought it back to me. Just double-checking would be great.

Good service with minor issues

Overall I’m happy with Australia Post. They handle my parcels well, but I do wish they’d update the tracking info more often. It can be a bit frustrating when you see no updates for days.

Solid Company with Few Hiccups

I like how Australia Post operates overall. I relied on them for both personal and business mail, and it generally goes smoothly. A couple of packages arrived late, but customer service was responsive when I had questions. Happy to continue using them.

Mixed Feelings About Payment Options

I recently used Australia Post to send a package to New Zealand. The shipping fees were reasonable, but I faced issues when trying to pay with my PayPal account. After multiple attempts, I had to switch to my debit card just to complete the payment. Their customer service wasn't super helpful either, they just told me to try again later. It’s a shame because I like how easy their website is to navigate otherwise.
