Mixed feelings about their service
I had a package delivered, took longer than expected. Tracking updates were vague, but it eventually arrived in good condition. Just wish the communication was better.

I ordered a few things online, and they came pretty fast. However, I had one package that was just lost in transit. It took a long time to get proper answers from support. It's okay, but I feel they need to improve their tracking system!

Australia Post is alright, but I've had my fair share of issues. I once had a package marked delivered, but I never got it. It took days of back and forth with customer service to sort it out. They eventually found it, but it was stressful.

I was expecting my parcel to arrive in 3 days, but it took a whole week. The tracking updates were pretty much useless as well. It’s frustrating waiting so long.

So far, I’ve had average experiences with Australia Post. Sometimes, my packages come late, and the website can be a little glitchy during peak hours. It’s just okay, nothing amazing.

My last experience wasn't great. The parcel took way longer than it should have and customer service wasn't super helpful. Hope they improve this.
