I had a package delivered, took longer than expected. Tracking updates were vague, but it eventually arrived in good condition. Just wish the communication was better.

I recently sent a package to my brother in Sydney. It took just three days to arrive, which was faster than I expected. The tracking updates were pretty accurate, but I did have to wait on the phone for a while when I called customer service regarding my label. Still, it wasn't a bad experience overall!

The service was decent, and I received my package eventually. However, I think Australia Post needs to work on their tracking system; it often showed wrong information. Overall, not bad but could be way better.

I love using Australia Post for sending gifts! My last parcel arrived in just two days, and the tracking was real-time. The delivery guy was professional and friendly too. Definitely coming back!

I ordered a few things online, and they came pretty fast. However, I had one package that was just lost in transit. It took a long time to get proper answers from support. It's okay, but I feel they need to improve their tracking system!

Australia Post is alright, but I've had my fair share of issues. I once had a package marked delivered, but I never got it. It took days of back and forth with customer service to sort it out. They eventually found it, but it was stressful.

I’ve been using Australia Post for years and they usually deliver on time. The app could use some improvements, but tracking my parcels is generally easy. I've had only a couple of late deliveries.

I've generally had good experiences with Australia Post. My recent order took slightly longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but the staff were helpful when I reached out to inquire about it. I wouldn't mind if the app provided more timely updates. Still, I trust them with my packages.
