Algolia has its ups and downs. The search function is fast when it works, but I’ve noticed inconsistencies with error handling. For instance, we had some cases where it didn't recognize certain filters which confused our users. The support team did eventually help but it took too many back-and-forths. I need more reliability before committing fully.

Overall, Algolia is great, but I did experience some issues with indexing that took a while to resolve. Still, I’m happy with the performance and would probably give it another shot.

We integrated Algolia into our web app and while the search speed is impressive, we faced performance issues from time to time. There were random delays which affected user experience. I contacted support and they were responsive, but solutions took longer than expected. I think with better optimization this can be a very strong tool.

It’s hard to recommend such an expensive tool with so many restrictions. The results aren’t as customizable as I’d hoped, and getting support is a challenge. Not planning to renew.
