I’ve had multiple issues with their platform. Once, I lost a whole day of work because the data didn’t sync properly. No one from support seemed to care much about resolving it quickly. I’m really reconsidering using Algolia going forward.

I had such high hopes for Algolia after hearing about it, but my experience has been pretty dreadful. The integration guide was hard to follow and full of vague instructions, which led to quite a few mistakes while setting things up. Whenever I reached out to support, it felt like I was getting generic responses that didn’t really address the issues I was facing. Complete waste of my time.
