Helpful but needs better stock
The staff were really polite and helped me find what I needed, but my favorite paint was out of stock. It’s always a gamble with supplies here.

Okay experience at Ace
Just an average run at Ace. Found some garden soil, but the bags were heavy and I struggled carrying them to checkout. Not bad, just could use better assistance.

Decent, but some issues
Had mixed feelings about my last visit. The staff was friendly, but I had to wait too long for help finding paint supplies. The selection was decent, but prices felt a bit high.

Decent but could be better
Visited Ace for some tools. Overall experience was alright. The staff was nice, but I felt like they were a bit overwhelmed. Took longer than expected to get help. Good selection though.

Helpful staff, not enough variety
I visited Ace last week needing some paint supplies. The staff were really helpful and pointed me to the right aisle, but I was disappointed by the limited selection. I expected more choices in colors and brands.

A decent choice for quick fixes
Ace Hardware is a solid option for quick projects. I got a few things for home repairs some screws, a couple of tools. Not the biggest selection, and sometimes the prices can be a bit high, but it usually saves me from driving far.

Mixed feelings about Ace
I picked up some tools for a home project, but had issues with a defective item. I tried to get a replacement, but it took forever to get help in the store. Not what I expected, honestly.
