Every time I visit Ace, I leave satisfied. Their range of tools and home improvement items is impressive! Also, their return policy is great. I once exchanged a tool with no hassle at all.

I really like Ace for basic home supplies. They always have what I'm looking for. Just had one incident where a product was out of stock, but they helped me find an alternative. So, still a great place!

I had high hopes for Ace, but the service was lacking. I ordered some garden tools, and they were late arriving. The staff at my local store didn't seem to care much when I asked for help. Really frustrating, and I expected better.

Overall, I had a great experience at Ace. The prices are decent and the selection is solid. My only complaint was about the long wait at checkout. I came in during a busy Saturday afternoon, so I get it, but it was a bit frustrating.
