Not great, not terrible
I got some simple tools and a few paint cans. Checkout was a mess and I ended up waiting for too long. Could be better.

I had high hopes for Ace, but the service was lacking. I ordered some garden tools, and they were late arriving. The staff at my local store didn't seem to care much when I asked for help. Really frustrating, and I expected better.

I had a bad experience. Items I ordered were delayed, and when I called, customer service didn’t resolve my problem quickly. Not the best shopping experience.

I go to Ace for garden supplies but too often they don’t have what I want in stock. It’s frustrating when I’m ready to start my project and can’t get the tools.

I normally love shopping at Ace Hardware, but my last experience was frustrating. I bought a lawnmower that kept stalling. When I called for support, they took ages to get back to me. Eventually, I just had to deal with it myself. Really disappointing for a product I just purchased.

Had a bad experience at the store. I ordered some patio furniture, and it took almost a month to arrive. When it did, it was missing parts. Tried calling customer service, but they were hard to reach. Very disappointing.
