Had a bad experience at the store. I ordered some patio furniture, and it took almost a month to arrive. When it did, it was missing parts. Tried calling customer service, but they were hard to reach. Very disappointing.

Ace never fails to impress me! Whether I need light bulbs or lawn care products, they always have it in stock. The staff is super knowledgeable too. Highly recommend shopping here!

I've been shopping at Ace Hardware for years now and I can't say enough good things. Their tool selection is fantastic, and the staff is always super helpful. Just the other day I needed a special wrench, and one of the employees found exactly what I needed in no time. Love this place!

Had a pretty good experience overall. The store is well stocked and the staff knew their stuff. But I waited a bit too long at the checkout. Just a small thing, but it stood out to me.

Ace has everything I need, and the staff is so knowledgeable! I had a plumbing issue, and they walked me through the supplies I needed. 5-star!

The service is usually great, but I had to wait a bit too long during my last visit. Still, the people are super helpful, and I got exactly what I was looking for.
