Disappointing Service
I was really hoping for better tracking updates, but most of the time it just says 'in transit'. My package was late by over a week and I couldn't get a solid answer from support. Not impressed.

Not very reliable
I had high hopes for 17TRACK, but honestly, their tracking isn't great. My last package took way longer than estimated, and the tracking is often way behind. They really need to sort this out if they want my business again.

Could Be Better
Honestly, I've had issues with them. A couple of packages showed as delivered when they weren't even close. Customer service was a bit slow to respond, which didn't help.
