Frustrating experience
I was really let down by Zocdoc. My appointment was canceled last minute, and I couldn't get through to customer service. Need a lot more improvement!

Disappointed with the support
I really wanted to like Zocdoc, but my experience wasn't great. I couldn't find a doctor who accepted my insurance and when I reached out for help, I didn't get a clear answer. Was hoping for better.
