Mixed feelings
Zocdoc is great most of the time, but I had an experience where the doctor I booked didn't accept my insurance. It was frustrating and took time to sort out after. Not sure if I'll use it again.

Not bad, but room for improvement
Zocdoc is alright. They helped me book an appointment fast, but the doctor I saw was always running late. Kind of annoying on a busy day.

Almost perfect
Pretty good service, but I had one problem. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, the clinic had no record of it. They ended up seeing me, but that was a bit annoying.

Disappointed with the support
