Mediocre experience this time
The coffee table I bought arrived with a small dent. While it was fixed, I expected better quality control from West Elm. They usually get it right, but this time it was a letdown.

Disappointed this time
I had high expectations based on my previous orders, but this time the sofa came with a small scratch and the cushions are firmer than expected. I reached out to customer service, but it took them a while to get back to me.
