Visited the Waterstones store last week, and honestly, it was just okay. The selection was decent, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I didn’t get the help I needed.

Same issues every time
Every time I order, there’s something that goes wrong. Either it’s the wrong book or it arrives late. The selection is great, but it’s so annoying.

Not bad, but not great
Had a mixed experience with Waterstones. Found a great book I wanted but it took ages to get it delivered. Packaging was off too, didn’t feel secure.
