Nice store but staffing issues
Waterstones is a nice place to spend an afternoon. The layout is inviting and I often find what I need. My only gripe is that sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough staff around to help with questions, which is a bit frustrating when the store gets busy.

Great selection but shipping could be faster
I love browsing Waterstones, they have an amazing selection of books and their staff is always helpful. Just wish the shipping was a bit quicker, it's taken a week for my latest order to arrive.

Same issues every time
Every time I order, there’s something that goes wrong. Either it’s the wrong book or it arrives late. The selection is great, but it’s so annoying.

Waterstones has an amazing range of books, whether you're looking for the latest bestsellers or hidden gems. I love browsing their stores. The only downside is that some of the prices can be a bit high compared to online options, but the atmosphere and service make up for it. Still, I’d appreciate a few more sales!

I enjoy visiting Waterstones whenever I'm in the city. They have comfy reading corners and super helpful staff. I've found some great recommendations there. Just wish there were more discounts on the newer releases!
