Great Car, Small Hiccups

Happy with the car

Good, but delivery needs improvement

Great service but a small hiccup
I had a pretty smooth experience buying my car from Vroom. The process was easy, but there was a delay in delivery by about a week. Still, the car arrived in great condition, so I’m mostly happy.

Almost perfect!
Great experience overall. Car was delivered quickly and in good shape, but I wish they had better financing options. Still, I'd buy from them again!
