Mixed Feelings
Vroom has some good cars, but mine had a couple of minor issues that weren't disclosed before purchase. It took longer to resolve than I hoped. Not the worst, but not perfect either.

Not all that impressed
Had several issues when trying to reach customer service. My car took a little too long to arrive and I ended up dealing with more headaches than I anticipated.

Mixed feelings about my purchase
I bought a used car and while it looks good, I found some minor issues that weren’t disclosed. Support is okay, but I feel like I needed more transparency.
