Mixed feelings
I booked a tour through Viator and while the process was smooth, the guide was a bit unenthusiastic. The sights were great but some info was lacking.

Mixed feelings about the trip
The tour to San Francisco was okay, but the bus was cramped and we had some delays. The sights were nice, but I was hoping for more personal interaction from the guide.

Decent experience, but could improve
The museum tour was nice, though it felt a bit commercialized. The guide was knowledgeable, but not engaging enough. Would I book again? Maybe, but with lower expectations.

Decent but could improve
I liked the variety of options on Viator, but my last experience was just okay. The group was too big and it was hard to hear the guide. Not the best.

Not bad, but not great
Viator has some cool options, but I had trouble with customer service when I needed to change my booking. It got sorted out eventually, but it took a while.
