Almost great, but a few hiccups
The city tour was pretty fun and the locations were awesome. But our group was too big for the guide to manage, which made it hard to hear him sometimes.

Not worth the money
Overall, I was let down by Viator. The Paris tour felt rushed and I didn’t feel like we got a good value for the cost. Need to do better!

Great trip overall!
Just got back from the wine tour in Napa Valley. I loved it! The vineyards were stunning and the tastings were delightful. A little pricey but worth it.

Mixed feelings

Good tour, some flaws
I enjoyed the cooking class I booked, it was genuinely fun. Just wish the instructor was a bit more organized. Still, I learned a lot and had a great time.

Mixed feelings about the trip
The tour to San Francisco was okay, but the bus was cramped and we had some delays. The sights were nice, but I was hoping for more personal interaction from the guide.

Great tours but a few hiccups

Decent experience, but could improve
The museum tour was nice, though it felt a bit commercialized. The guide was knowledgeable, but not engaging enough. Would I book again? Maybe, but with lower expectations.

Just came back from a week in Italy and all my tours were booked via Viator. Everything was seamless, from the booking to the actual tours, and the prices were great too. Highly recommend if you're planning a trip!
