Great designs but misleading sizes
I ordered a jacket that looked amazing online. When it arrived, it didn’t fit at all, even though I checked the size chart! The quality is impressive, but I just wish the sizing was accurate. Support took a while to respond, which was frustrating.

Decent experience overall

Very Disappointed with Service
I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to arrive within a week, but it took nearly three weeks with no updates. Customer support was unhelpful when I reached out, just kept saying 'please wait'. The quality of the shoes once they arrived was good, but the whole experience left a bad taste. I feel let down by a brand that promotes luxury.

Great Design, But Some Flaws
The new collection has some amazing designs that I fell in love with immediately. I ordered a couple of tops, but the sizing was a bit off. Also, the fabric could be a bit softer for the price you pay. I still like them, but I think they could improve on those details.

Trendy but had issues
Got a blazer and the fabric is fantastic! However, the return process was a hassle. Took a while to get a return label and I needed the size adjusted. It’s a shame because I love the brand, but that experience left a sour taste.

Too Many Issues
