Very disappointing experience
I ordered a jacket and it arrived with a snap missing. Customer service was slow to respond, took nearly a week to get a replacement. Disappointed with the entire experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to arrive within a week, but it took nearly three weeks with no updates. Customer support was unhelpful when I reached out, just kept saying 'please wait'. The quality of the shoes once they arrived was good, but the whole experience left a bad taste.
