Lackluster service
I found the user interface really confusing. Tried to create a landing page, but it kept crashing. Support took ages to respond.

Not impressed with the service
I expected more from Unbounce. The landing pages I created just didn’t convert well. Their customer support was slow to respond and didn’t really help me. Won’t be using again.

Very upset with the service
What a waste of money! Unbounce is not user-friendly at all and their customer service is a joke. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I'm done.

Terrible experience
Wow, I really wanted to love this tool, but it just didn’t work for me. My pages were loading slowly, and I couldn’t get responses to my emails. Super frustrated.

Decent but flawed
Overall, it worked for my project, but the analytics were buggy. I really wanted to trust the data I was getting from them.

It's hit or miss
I’ve been using Unbounce for a month now. Some parts are great, like the drag-and-drop builder, but others, like the analytics, seem off. Not sure I will stick with them long-term.

Not reliable at all
Tried using Unbounce for my campaigns, but I faced so many errors that I just gave up. They promised easy drag-and-drop features, but it felt more like a drag-and-snap with all the bugs. I ended up switching to another platform.

Disappointed with their service

Decent but has its quirks
I've been using Unbounce for a few months now. The landing pages look good, but the editor sometimes feels slow and clunky. You get what you pay for, I guess.
