Overhyped software
I wanted to like Unbounce, but I struggled with the editor. It kept crashing, and I lost my progress multiple times. Adding custom scripts was a hassle, too.

Okay but needs improvement
I found Unbounce to be somewhat useful for A/B testing, but the templates look outdated. I faced a few bugs which made the whole process frustrating. It works, but not without issues.

Disappointed with the service
Tried Unbounce for a project and ran into so many issues. The editor kept crashing and I lost my work a couple of times. It’s frustrating when you're on a deadline. Wouldn't recommend it.

Absolute hassle
Unbounce has been nothing but trouble. The interface is confusing, support is slow, and I couldn't figure out how to integrate with my email service. Wish I'd gone with another option.

Worst customer service
I tried to get help with my campaign settings and the rep just didn’t care. Didn’t resolve my issue, and I lost money because of it.

Regretting this choice
I’m really not happy with Unbounce. The analytics are hard to understand, and I wasted a lot of time trying to make sense of things. I feel like I didn’t get value for my money.

Mixed feelings
The drag-and-drop feature was cool, but I found quite a few glitches that made it frustrating. It’s decent for simple pages, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more complex projects.

Could be better
It has potential, but I experienced quite a few issues with loading times. Some of my landing pages just wouldn’t load, which is a big deal for conversions.

Lackluster performance
I decided to try Unbounce based on some recommendations. The initial setup seemed easy, but then I ran into issues with A/B testing. It was buggy and not intuitive. I expected to have more control over my campaigns, but I felt limited. Struggling to get decent support just added to my frustration.

Decent but needs improvement
Used Unbounce for my landing pages. It’s okay for basic stuff but it doesn’t have all the integrations I need. Customer support was decent but slow to respond. Not what I expected, honestly.

Not what I expected

Decent option for beginners
I think Unbounce is fine for anyone just starting out. It has its quirks, but I managed to build a couple of landing pages. Just don't expect high-end features.
