Rented a SUV through Turo. The car was as advertised, but I expected it to be cleaner. It was a bit dusty, which was disappointing. I guess not every host is detailed.

Had some trouble finding the car and the fuel level was not what was promised. The car itself was great and clean, but the hassle kinda ruined the experience. Not sure if I’d use it again.

The app is nice and easy to use, but I had to wait longer than expected to pick up the car. It was a fun drive once I had it, so that’s something. Just hope the next rental doesn't have the same issues.

Turo wasn’t bad but not great either. The car was fine but returning it was a hassle. The drop-off instructions weren’t clear, had to contact the host a couple of times.
