Disappointing service
Had a bad experience with Turo. The car I rented wasn't maintained well at all. Stalled on my way to the airport, and the host wasn't helpful. Really upset about that.

Not what I expected
Honestly, I was pretty excited to try Turo, but the car I got had some issues. The engine light was on, and the host didn’t respond quickly to my messages. I won’t use it again.

Disappointing experience
I rented a car and it had a lot of hidden fees. Not what I expected. The car was okay, but the extra charges made it a bad deal for me.

Frustrating experience
I had booked a car weeks in advance, but the owner canceled on me last minute without a clear reason. Ended up having to pay more elsewhere as I was stuck without a car.
