Almost perfect, one minor issue
I’ve been with Travelers for my business insurance and mostly I love them. The coverage is good and their app works well, but I had a minor issue with billing. It got sorted, but took longer than expected.

Happy with my choice
I switched to Travelers last year and haven't looked back. Their online portal is easy to use, and customer service has been top-notch. Very satisfied!

Good experience overall, few hiccups
I recently signed up for Travelers insurance and the process was pretty smooth. Their customer service was helpful, but it took a bit longer than expected to get my policy documents. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

Solid but could improve tech
Overall, I think Travelers is solid. Their rates are reasonable and claims have been smooth for me. Just wish their online portal was a bit more user-friendly. Sometimes it's hard to find the info I need.
