I've been with Travelers for a while. The coverage is alright, but their customer service can be hit or miss. Had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes last time I called.

Mixed feelings about Travelers
So, I used Travelers for my car insurance, and honestly, it was just okay. The price was decent, but their customer service took way too long to respond when I had a question about my policy. Could’ve been better.
