Not impressed at all
I honestly wasn’t happy with my first order. Everything took too long and some products weren’t what I expected. I feel like it’s a bit overpriced for what you get.

Convenient, with a few glitches
I appreciate the concept of Thrive Market, especially the savings compared to regular grocery stores. My last order had a few missing items which was disappointing, but the restock is super easy. I'll keep ordering, just hope for smoother deliveries.

Mostly good experience
I've been using Thrive Market for a few months now. The selection is really nice, and prices are reasonable. The only downside was a delay in delivery once, but other than that, no complaints.

Not what I expected

Not impressed...
I've had a couple of orders from Thrive Market, but honestly, the products weren't that fresh. One time my snacks were stale, and another time, a few items arrived damaged. Really disappointing.

Great prices but delivery issues
Thrive Market has a fantastic selection and most of the time, my orders come quickly and in great condition. However, I had an order that got delayed without any notice and I ended up missing out on some recipes I was looking to try. Still, I recommend them for the quality!

Really love their stuff!
Thrive Market has some awesome products, and I love that they focus on health and sustainability. However, I had an order that took longer than expected, which was annoying. Still, their customer service cleared things up quickly.

Mostly great experience
Thrive Market has been a lifesaver for my grocery shopping. I love the discounts on healthy foods, and the membership feels worth it. I had a minor issue with my last order where one item was missing, but their customer service handled it well and sent the missing product quickly. The only thing I would improve is the delivery speed; waiting a week isn’t ideal when you run out of essentials. Otherwise, I’m pretty satisfied with them!

Great products, minor hiccups
I’ve been ordering from Thrive Market for about six months now and I really appreciate the selection of healthy snacks and pantry staples. My only complaint is a couple of times my boxes arrived crushed, but the items inside were fine. The customer service was responsive and offered a small credit for the inconvenience.
