Best Bulk Options!

Totally Disappointed
I had such high hopes for Thrive Market, but my first order was a disaster. The delivery was late by over a week, and half of my products were missing. Tried contacting customer service, but they just kept telling me to wait. I'm really frustrated.

So-so experience

Superb customer service
I had a problem with my last order, a couple of items were spoiled upon arrival. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and offered me a refund for those items on the spot. Super impressed, the quality of their products aside from that is great!

Could be better!

Not what I expected

Good selection but slow delivery
I really enjoy the variety of organic products at Thrive Market. It’s nice to find everything from snacks to cleaning supplies in one place. However, my last order took longer than expected to arrive, like over a week. I was hoping to have it sooner for a party, so that was a bit disappointing.

Decent, but room for improvement

Good service overall
I ordered a few times and the groceries were decent quality, mostly fresh. However, once my order was missing an item and it took forever to get a response from customer service. It was resolved eventually though, so I'm not too upset.

Thrive Market is Awesome!
I’ve been a member for a few months now and I’m really happy. They have great prices on organic products and I love the ease of shopping online. My most recent order was delivered on Friday and I had everything I needed for the week. The only issue was one item went out of stock, but I got a refund immediately, so no big deal.
