Never again!

Customer service not great
Placed an order and had issues with shipping, reached out to customer service but they took ages to respond. When they finally did, it felt like they didn’t care. Really frustrating experience.

Not worth the hype
I expected so much more from this site. The quality of the clothes I received wasn’t great and the sizes were off. Overall pretty disappointing, I won’t recommend this to my friends.

This site is a joke. They charged my card immediately but then told me a week later that my item was canceled. No proper communication or anything. I feel scammed and won’t buy from them again.

Disappointed with the selection
I was really excited to shop from The Tot, but honestly the selection is pretty underwhelming. Most items are overpriced and I found better deals elsewhere. Not coming back anytime soon.
