Mostly good but a few hiccups
I like Telefonica but had a couple of billing issues that took time to sort. The staff were helpful, but I had to follow up a few times.

5 stars from me! Their fiber optic internet is the fastest I've ever had. Plus, they run promos often, so I always get good deals. Can’t complain!

Decent service, minor hitches
I like the coverage, but I had an issue with the app crashing on my phone. They helped me reset it, but it took longer than expected. Still, pretty good price for the package.
