Almost perfect!
Really great service overall. Only minor issue with billing had to call them once to resolve a mistake. But they were quick and fixed it right away. I’d still recommend them!

Good but could be better
Overall I’m happy with Telefonica, but there was a billing mistake that took a while to fix. Once I got through to support, they sorted it out, but it was kinda annoying.

Really satisfied, just one small thing
I'm really pleased with the service overall, but the installation process was a bit slow. They came out to my place a week late, but once it was set, everything has been great.

Good overall service
I’ve been with Telefonica for about a year now and overall I've had a good experience. The internet speed is solid and reliable. Only downside was a slight delay in customer support once.

Decent service, minor hitches
I like the coverage, but I had an issue with the app crashing on my phone. They helped me reset it, but it took longer than expected. Still, pretty good price for the package.
