This service was a complete disaster for me. I thought I could find help quickly, but instead, I was met with delays and a therapist who didn’t understand my needs. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint because my experience was so taxing and frustrating.

I signed up for Talkspace hoping for professional help, but my therapist was unresponsive and often canceled sessions. I felt abandoned, like I was talking to a wall. After a month, I decided to cancel my subscription.

I reached out multiple times about my billing issues and got ignored completely. When I finally got a response, it was too late to resolve my problems. I’ve had a terrible experience and won’t be using their service again!
