Good but needs some tweaks

I’ve been using SwapUp for a few months now. It’s a solid platform, but I had a couple of issues with the shipping process. Everything else, like the variety of products, is great! Just wish the delivery was a bit faster.

Mostly satisfied but a hiccup

The overall experience has been good. I love the variety and how easy it is to swap items. Had one time where the item I received was not as described, but customer service helped resolve it quickly. Just hoping it doesn’t happen again.
