Awesome platform! I swapped my old gaming console for a brand new camera and it went super smooth. The interface is easy to navigate and the community seems friendly. Will definitely use it more often!

Mixed feelings
Honestly, it's okay but not great. Swapped a game and it took way longer than expected. The item arrived dirty, but at least it was the right one. Just a lot of hassle overall.

Good but needs some tweaks
I’ve been using SwapUp for a few months now. It’s a solid platform, but I had a couple of issues with the shipping process. Everything else, like the variety of products, is great! Just wish the delivery was a bit faster.

Such a letdown

Not recommended at all
I was so excited about swapping my old laptop, but after I shipped it, they claimed it was damaged and refused to give me credit. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager!

Terrible experience

I wish I had read the reviews first. The item I received was broken, and they claimed I had to pay for shipping back. No way I'm paying for that! Just ridiculous.
