Very disappointed with the service
This is one of the worst services I've tried. I was promised a lot of features that didn’t deliver. The materials felt outdated, and I experienced multiple glitches while trying to study. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Limited Course Options
The selection of courses is quite limited. I ended up canceling my subscription after a month because there just wasn’t enough variety.

Mixed feelings about Study.com
I started using Study.com to supplement my studies in math. The lessons are pretty clear and well-structured, but the technical support was a letdown when I had issues with my account. I spent hours waiting for replies to my emails which got really frustrating. The platform itself is useful but the support team has room for improvement.

Good Content with Some Oversights
Overall, I’m pretty happy. The lessons are informative, but sometimes I wish there were more exercises. Still a good tool for learning.

Poor Support
Their customer service was really lacking. I had a problem with my account, and it took ages for them to respond. When they finally did, it was just a generic email. Not happy with the support.

Frustrating Learning Experience
I thought Study.com would help me ace my classes, but it’s been frustrating. The course materials are not as engaging as I hoped, and I've faced issues with videos not loading properly. I reached out to customer service but wasn’t given a proper solution, just generic responses. Really disappointed and won't be renewing my subscription.

A bit pricey

Better Options Available
Honestly, there are better study platforms out there. The lack of detailed explanations in their courses really held me back. I ended up dropping my subscription after a couple of months.

Overall satisfied, slight flaws
I have been using Study.com for my business courses, and while I find their material useful, the interface could be more user-friendly. Sometimes it feels cluttered and it takes longer to find what I need compared to other platforms. But I appreciate the variety of topics they cover.
