Not Worth the Money

I signed up for Study.com with high hopes, but it was a total letdown. The videos are often outdated and the quizzes have confusing questions. I didn't get the help I needed when I reached out to support. Overall, really disappointed.

Did Not Meet Expectations

Frustrating Experience Overall

The interface is clunky, and I have had issues navigating through courses. I really wanted to learn effectively, but it felt like a chore instead. The content quality varies quite a lot between subjects, some are good but some are just plain boring. I expected much better for the price.

Limited Course Options

Poor Support

Their customer service was really lacking. I had a problem with my account, and it took ages for them to respond. When they finally did, it was just a generic email. Not happy with the support.

Frustrating Learning Experience
