Solid platform for engagement
Sprout Social has made it easy to engage with our audience across different platforms. The reports are pretty comprehensive. Just wish their customer service was a bit quicker to respond.

Very handy for managing social media
I’ve tried a couple of other tools, but Sprout Social is my favorite. It saves me a lot of time and keeps everything organized. Only downside is the pricing; it’s a bit high for my budget.

Happy with the features

Great tool with minor hiccups

Good overall experience
Sprout Social has a nice interface and decent analytics. I love the reporting tools too. A few minor issues here and there, but nothing that stopped me from using it.

Not bad, but could be better
I like the scheduling capabilities and how easy it is to post across platforms. Just wish the mobile app was a bit more functional. It's decent, but I feel like it needs some updates.
