Frustrated with functionality
I wanted to love Sprout Social, but it’s been so disappointing. The downtime and issues with connecting accounts have been frustrating. I expected better stability for the price.

Disappointed with the service

Disappointing experience

Not worth the price for me

Disappointed in customer support
I had high hopes but ran into issues with the platform. Customer support was not responsive when I faced login issues. It took too long to get it sorted out. Guess I'll be looking for alternatives.
