Disappointed again
Tried using Sendcloud for my business, but they messed up my shipment. Got a late delivery and poor communication. This is not what I signed up for.

Disappointed with Service
Really had high hopes for Sendcloud but ended up being let down. One of my packages got lost during transit and their customer service was slow to help. Not happy.

Not Impressed
Honestly not very impressed with Sendcloud. They had a mix-up on one of my shipments and it took ages to get it sorted out. I'll probably look for other options.

Frustrating experience
I was really hoping for a smooth shipping process, but it was a nightmare. Packages were delayed twice and customer support didn’t help much. I won’t be using Sendcloud again.
