Could be better

I have mixed emotions about Sendcloud. They do get packages out pretty quickly, but I've faced some really annoying glitches in their system.

Disappointed again

Tried using Sendcloud for my business, but they messed up my shipment. Got a late delivery and poor communication. This is not what I signed up for.

Works well for me

I like Sendcloud overall. The integration with my e-commerce site was easy and shipping costs are fair. Had a couple of minor hiccups, but nothing too serious.

Pretty good overall

Dealing with Sendcloud has been mostly great. Prices are decent and they have a lot of carrier options. One time, my tracking wasn’t updating, but they sorted it out quickly.

Decent but lacking

Hoping for better

Mixed Feelings

Disappointed with Service

Really had high hopes for Sendcloud but ended up being let down. One of my packages got lost during transit and their customer service was slow to help. Not happy.

Happy with the service

Once I figured out the interface, everything went smoothly. The shipping rates are reasonable and I got my stuff on time. Really appreciate the variety of carriers available.

Not Impressed

Frustrating experience
