Decent experience, could improve
The ride is smooth, and the range is nice, but I've had a couple of charging issues. The dashboard could be more user-friendly. It’s nice, but not without its problems.

Awesome experience overall!
Really enjoying my Rivian. It's got a lot of cool features and I appreciate the sustainability angle. Just wish the customer service was a bit quicker to respond to my questions.

Incredible experience!

Overall Happy
I’ve been driving my R1S for a couple of months and I’m quite happy with it. Good handling, comfy ride, and the customer service has been responsive when I asked about updates. Just wish it didn’t take so long to charge sometimes.
