Disappointed
I had high hopes but I’ve had multiple issues with my R1T. The delivery was delayed twice. Plus, the battery life isn’t as good as they claimed. I felt let down by the whole experience.

Disappointed with the support
I had high hopes for my Rivian adventure, but customer support has been lacking big time. They took over a week to respond to an issue with my charging station. Very frustrating.

Not what I expected
Honestly pretty disappointed with the delivery time. It was delayed multiple times, and I felt like nobody communicated well. The car itself is cool but the experience was frustrating.

Not what I expected at all
I wanted to love this car, but it’s been one problem after another. The infotainment system is glitchy, sometimes it just freezes up. Really disappointing for such an expensive vehicle.

Frustrated with delivery delays
I thought I could trust the timelines given by Rivian, but my delivery was pushed back twice. That just made me question the reliability of the company. I’m happy with the car itself, but come on!
