Very poor support
The service seemed great at first, but when something went wrong, nobody was there to help. I felt completely abandoned. Definitely considering other options.

Awful experience!
This platform is a disaster. My transfer was canceled out of nowhere, and I lost money. No one from customer service could give me proper answers. I'm really frustrated.

Terrible experience, avoid!
I sent money to Mexico and it never arrived, and they keep saying it’s on hold for 'verification.' I've tried contacting support multiple times but no clear answers. Really frustrated with this service!
