Generally good, but some issues
I find Remitly pretty reliable overall. Transfers usually go through fast and their fees are reasonable. Just wish they had better customer support, sometimes it takes ages to get a response.

Disappointed with the service

Awful experience!

Decent service but could improve

Not Reliable

Terrible experience, avoid!
I sent money to Mexico and it never arrived, and they keep saying it’s on hold for 'verification.' I've tried contacting support multiple times but no clear answers. Really frustrated with this service!

Not impressed
