A couple of misses
While I've had good experiences with some items, I received a dress that was very different from what was shown online. It was disappointing. Customer service was nice about it, but still a hassle to return.

Mostly happy with my order

Not impressed at all
I had a really bad experience with QVC. The product I received was damaged, and their return process was a headache. I tried reaching out to support multiple times, but they were slow to respond. Not going back.
