I recently ordered a set of kitchen gadgets from QVC. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but when the package arrived, I found everything in perfect condition. Just wish their tracking system was a bit more accurate.

My last order had a small issue with the sizing of the clothing I purchased. The return process was fairly simple, though, and I received my refund in about a week. Just would have preferred if the sizing was more accurate on the website.
