Mixed feelings about delivery
I used Purolator for a package to be delivered to my aunt. It took longer than expected and the tracking wasn't very accurate. But, when I called customer service they were friendly and helped out.

Mixed experience with delivery
I used Purolator for the first time last week. The package arrived late, even though it was supposed to be a next-day delivery. Customer service was helpful but didn't provide any real solutions. Not sure if I’d use them again.
