Could be better
While the rates are good, my experience with claims was frustrating. I felt like I had to follow up a lot and it was quite time consuming.

Mixed feelings
I like the low rates, but I had some trouble getting a hold of a rep when I needed help. It took too long to get through during peak hours.

Not bad, not great
Progressive has offered decent insurance, but I've found some premium hikes that I didn't understand. Customer service was okay, nothing to write home about.

Mixed Feelings
I've had both good and bad experiences with Progressive. The rates are competitive, but when I had to file a claim, it felt like it took forever to get answers. Not sure if I'd recommend them.
